First of all check whether you meet the scheme's criteria. You must be over 16 years old, live within the East Sussex area.

Register with the scheme using our on-line form. You will then be contacted by one of our team who will organise a bike for you.

Choose which type of bike you would like to rent. All our bikes are suitable for riding on roads and firmed tracks. See our bikes page.

You rent by the month and can stop at anytime. The max rental period is 6 months.

Sign the rental contract and pay your first months rental.

We will deliver the bike to you either at home or to your workplace if in East Sussex.

Keep the bike clean and in good condition. Always ensure that the bike is locked securely as instructed when you are not riding it.

During and after the loan we want to know how you have been getting on with cycling and using the bike. We will be emailing some short surveys for you to complete.

At the end of the rental we will arrange with you the return of the bike. Make sure it is clean and in good condition.

Don't want to give the bike back? You don't have to! You can buy the bike at a generous discount, and your rental payments made also come off the price. You can also spread the balance over 12 months interest free.
